Cyclone Fortress is professional-grade data-security software for macOS — a complete privacy and security toolkit. It performs genuine low-level operations: military-standard secure erasure with forensic-resistant overwrite patterns, free-space and full-drive wiping, and cryptographic file shredding. It also hardens your whole system — scanning for malware, monitoring and blocking network connections with a built-in firewall, auditing your privacy exposure, revealing exactly which apps, browser extensions, and AI assistants and agents can access your files and system, and creating AES-256-encrypted vaults for your most sensitive data. This is powerful, privilege-level software, not a casual utility, and that power is precisely why the terms below matter. Please read them carefully before use.
Cyclone Fortress is a data-destruction tool. Several features — including Free Space Wipe, Full Drive Wipe, Secure File Delete, and System Cleaner — PERMANENTLY and IRREVERSIBLY erase data. If pointed at the wrong files, volumes, or drives, they can destroy data you did not intend to lose. Before using ANY feature, you MUST create a complete, separate, and verified backup of everything you wish to keep. Erased data CANNOT be recovered — by us, by you, or by any recovery tool. By continuing, you confirm you understand this, that you use the App entirely at your own risk, and that you accept full responsibility for backing up your data and for selecting the correct items. Neither Stingray International FZ-LLC nor any of its licensors, licensees, resellers, or affiliates accepts any liability whatsoever for loss or damage resulting from misuse of the App.
By installing, accessing, or using Cyclone Fortress ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). The App is published and licensed to you by Stingray International FZ-LLC ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), whose registration details are set out in Section 8. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on a single computer per license key. Each license key entitles you to one installation of the App for personal and commercial purposes. You may not share, redistribute, or reuse your license key on additional devices.
The App begins with a free 7-day trial that unlocks all features. When the trial ends, the App's features are restricted until you activate a paid license. A license costs USD $37, grants full access on one Mac for 12 months, and includes software updates, malware signature updates, and technical support. Licenses are purchased directly from the Cyclone Fortress website. You may renew your license to continue full access; if a license is not renewed at the end of its 12-month term, the App reverts to a limited, view-only mode rather than locking you out.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of Ras Al Khaimah shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights, or the protection of mandatory laws, of your country of residence.
This App is published by Stingray International FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. For questions about this EULA, please contact support@cyclonefortress.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stingray International FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of or damage to data, arising from or in connection with your use of the App. This limitation applies equally to Stingray International FZ-LLC and to its owners, officers, employees, licensors, licensees, affiliates, resellers, and distributors (together, the "Protected Parties"). None of the Protected Parties shall be liable for any loss or damage arising from misuse of the App, use of the App contrary to its instructions or warnings, selection of the wrong files, volumes, or drives, or your failure to maintain adequate and verified backups. Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including any mandatory statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete it from your device.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
